It is mainly composed of four parts: machine body, fixture, pneumatic control and welding power source; it adopts the British TRIO robot control system, Taiwan Hiwin linear slide rail, Taiwan Airtec pneumatic accessories, etc. The equipment is powerful, easy to operate, It has the characteristics of stable and smooth operation and high precision. This equipment adopts a left and right double-station automatic circulation system. The left and right sides of the product are loaded and unloaded, and the work does not affect each other, which greatly improves the production capacity. The device is controlled by hand-held touch screen, button operation, and the operation page can be switched between Chinese, English, Japanese and other languages, and the operation is simple and easy to understand.
