This Resistance Spot Welding Machine features a machine body built with thick steel sheet, which resists deformation effectively. Its secondary electric conduction parts adopt an upper insulation design, preventing short-circuit accidents triggered by scrap iron or workpieces.

Equipped with microcomputer control, the Spot Welding Machine delivers precise and stable performance. It can store 15 sets of welding schedules to accommodate products of various specifications. The controller supports automatic current compensation for consistent welding results, and preheating or tempering processes are available for certain materials.

Fitted with a water-cooled transformer, this Resistance Welding Machine is assembled from silicon sheets with 15000 gauss permeability. The full copper alloy core with internal circulating cooling water cuts down impedance and boosts power utilization. With a 20% duty cycle, it meets demands for long-duration welding and high power output. Meanwhile, it boasts longer service life, lower operating noise as well as a more compact and rational structure.

A high-speed solenoid valve accelerates welding speed to raise overall productivity and cut operational costs. The cylinder is made of high-precision, wear-resistant hard duralumin material. It is rust-proof with low friction and noise, enabling quicker loading and effectively reducing weld spatter.
