1. Machine Purpose
This specialized pressure testing machine is designed exclusively for leak detection and pressure resistance testing of single aluminum radiators. It plays a critical role in the radiator production line, serving as a key quality control link to ensure that each radiator meets the required pressure resistance standards and is free from water leakage defects. By conducting rigorous pressure tests before leaving the factory or entering the next production process, the machine effectively eliminates unqualified products in advance, avoiding subsequent quality problems and safety hazards caused by radiator leakage during actual use.
2. Technical Parameters
- Test Pressure Range: The test pressure can be continuously adjusted within the range of 0-30kg/cm². This wide and adjustable pressure range is fully compatible with the pressure resistance requirements of different types, specifications, and application scenarios of aluminum radiators. For semi-finished workblanks that require preliminary pressure testing, a lower pressure can be selected to avoid damaging the workpiece; for finished radiators that need to simulate actual working conditions, a higher pressure can be set to conduct strict pressure resistance verification, ensuring the product's reliability in long-term use.
- Leakage Detection Method: Adopts visual water leak observation mode. During the pressure test, the aluminum radiator is filled with test water, and the operator can directly observe whether there is water seepage, dripping, or bubbling on the surface of the radiator, pipe joints, and welding seams. This detection method is intuitive, accurate, and easy to operate, enabling quick identification of leakage points. It also avoids the complexity of electronic detection equipment, reducing maintenance costs and ensuring stable detection performance in harsh production environments.
- Control System: The entire testing system is controlled by a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), which realizes automatic and intelligent operation of the pressure test process. The PLC control system ensures precise control of test pressure, pressure holding time, and other key parameters, avoiding human errors caused by manual operation and ensuring the consistency and repeatability of test results. At the same time, the system is equipped with a user-friendly operation interface, allowing operators to easily set parameters, start tests, and view test status, improving operational efficiency and reducing the learning cost for new employees.
- Pressure Holding Time: The pressure holding duration can be flexibly adjusted within 0-5 minutes. The pressure holding process is a key part of the pressure test, as it allows sufficient time to detect potential micro-leaks that may not be visible immediately after pressure is applied. For radiators with high sealing requirements, a longer pressure holding time can be set to fully verify the sealing performance; for conventional products, a shorter time can be selected to improve testing efficiency, balancing quality control and production rhythm.
- Production Efficiency: The machine achieves a production capacity of 100 groups of per 8-hour working shift.
