This Industry Special Machine is professionally developed for hydraulic pressure testing of finished radiator assemblies, dedicated to conducting comprehensive water pressure inspection for completed radiator group products. It adopts precise pressure detection mode to realize intuitive water leak observation, effectively checking the sealing performance of each radiator and ensuring no leakage defect in finished products.

Adopting Automatic Type design, the whole equipment is centrally controlled by PLC system, which realizes intelligent and stable operation of the testing process. The test pressure is adjustable within the range of 0-30kg/cm², and the pressure holding time can be freely set from 0 to 5 minutes according to different product specifications, meeting the diversified testing demands of various radiator models.

Others core operating parameters support flexible production configuration. The equipment allows adjustable testing quantity for slice groups from 3 to 15 pieces at a time, with a stable working speed of 36 seconds per product. Matched with 3MPa standard air pressure supply, it maintains efficient and continuous production capacity. Under normal working conditions, the machine can complete 100 groups of testing tasks within 8 working hours (calculated based on 10 pieces per group). In terms of labor configuration, the device only needs one operator to complete the whole process operation, which greatly saves labor cost, improves production efficiency, and is an ideal supporting testing equipment for radiator manufacturing workshops.
