This Industry Special Machine is an Automatic Type device specially developed for hydrostatic pressure testing of finished radiator assemblies. It is professionally applied to conduct immersive water pressure detection to check the sealing performance of radiator products, effectively identifying hidden leakage points and ensuring every finished radiator meets strict quality standards before delivery.

The equipment features an adjustable test pressure range of 0-30kg/cm², allowing flexible parameter setting according to different product specifications. It supports intuitive visual observation during the water leak test process, making defect inspection simple and straightforward. The whole testing system adopts full PLC intelligent control, with stable operation and easy parameter configuration. The pressure holding time can be freely adjusted within 0-5 minutes to match diverse testing process requirements.

Others practical performance and configuration data further reflect its high efficiency and cost-saving advantages. Calculated with 10 pieces per batch as a reference, the machine can complete testing of 100 radiator groups within an 8-hour working period. The quantity of slice groups for testing is adjustable from 3 to 15 pieces to adapt to various production demands. Its running speed reaches 36 seconds per product, equipped with 3MPa working air pressure. The device only needs one operator to complete the whole testing procedure, greatly saving labor costs and improving overall production efficiency for radiator manufacturing lines.
