(A),Machine structure and function description

It consists of automatic loading and unloading device, Mechanical arm for capture, drawing device, positioning device, saw cutting unit, air, hydraulic and control system.
Automatic loading & unloading device: there is a U hopper. Operator load tubes into hopper firstly, max.300 pcs one time. the loading and unloading is by The cylinder and Mechanical Arm.
Moveable Mechanical arm device: there are 4 units mechanical arms to capture the tubes into next station.
Tube Drawing device: it consists of pneumatic clamping unit, hydraulic tube drawing unit, drawing molds, guide rods, linear bearings, floating positioning unit, feeding in and out cylinders.
Positioning device: because of the tube will extend and the diameter will be smaller after drawing, so we have to re-positioning at this station. The station is set with backer and push- in cylinders, V block which can be adjusted up and down, front and back.
Saw cutting unit: It consists of fixture, cutting motor and linear guide rail, it can move in left and right and it be pushed-in by cylinder. also it is set with swallow tail type of slipway(slide rail) and adjustable screw rods, so that we can adjust it.
The machine parts in different units will be done necessary surface treatment such as electroplate, black coating, quench, carburization etc as per actual needs to meet the strength and surface requirement.
machine's electric control cabinet is installed at side of body, the door is double-open type ,so more easy to check. control type is PLC+ HMI, it is with protection function of overload.
