Direct pressing type relies on two cylinders for direct compression, with left and right electrode bases mounted on a single linear guide rail, delivering superior axial alignment compared to lever pressing structure, and it fits workpieces with smaller diameters perfectly. Lever pressing mode applies force through lever transmission, generating larger pressure than direct pressing structure, making this Butt Welding Machine ideal for processing large-diameter workpieces. The maximum welding area reaches 160 square mm.
