Working principle: This
Automatic Butt Welding Machine relies on a gas-liquid system to drive workpieces to move slowly, removing oxide layers and irregular areas on welding surfaces through flash trimming. It then heats the workpiece ends, and instantly applies upset force to fuse the welding joints tightly.
Equipped with a micro-controller, the equipment realizes full-process precision control over clamping, flashing, upsetting, holding and stopping.
Welded workpieces feature superior tensile strength and excellent tightness. No cold welds or air holes will occur, delivering firm and aesthetic welding results.
Applications:
The
