I. Technical process scheme: Fit to the welding : let us discuss according to real products
This Flash Butt Welding Machine adopts horizontal structure with upper and lower jaw arms. Four major assemblies adopt cast steel frame structure, and it is equipped with PLC control, hydraulic clamping, touch screen, servo electric cylinder and linear rail guide to realize precise control over flash and upsetting processes. It realizes workpiece clamping via hydraulic system, while flash and upsetting actions are driven by servo electric cylinder, which is a core working mode of this Flash Butt Welder. Clamping is implemented on left and right sides respectively; the clamping pressure can be adjusted independently and displayed in real time via pressure gauge.
The movable board and equipment body adopt linear rail for stable guiding during operation.
The main transformer is internally fitted with a temperature controller for operational safety protection.

Note: 1. The cracking rate due to welding is less than 0.5%, the rate of micro cracks is less than 10%.
2. In case of an equipment failure that cannot be solved by purchaser, supplier must give a response within 24 hours and seek a feasible solution. All costs and expenses incurred after the warranty period shall be separately discussed and settled by the parties.
