Technical process scheme:
1. Fit to the welding : let us discuss according to real products
2. Type: Horizontal structure, upper and lower jaw arms, 4 large parts are framed in cast steel structure, with PLC control, hydraulic clamping, touch screen, servo electric cylinder, linear rail guide to control the flash and upsetting.
3. Hydraulic clamping, servo electric cylinder flash and upsetting.
4. Left and right clamping, the pressure is individually adjustable and displayed with a pressure gauge.
5. The movable board and the body are guided by linear rail.
6. The main transformer has a built-in temperature controller.
7. Two types of functions: pulsating and non-pulsating;

Requirement:
Purchaser should prepare by itself:
Power transformer: 1. Ordinary transformer >= 630KVA; only for this machine>=400KVA
Two-phase power source for main transformer A.B. 440V. >=180 mm² copper wire Distance <50 m.
Three-phase four-wire A.B.C.N 440V >=8 mm² copper wire; (workshop power is enough)

Note:
1. The cracking rate due to welding is less than 0.5%, the rate of micro cracks is less than 10%.
2. In case of an equipment failure that cannot be solved by purchaser, supplier must give a response within 24 hours and seek a feasible solution. All costs and expenses incurred after the warranty period shall be separately discussed and settled by the parties.
