Descriptions:
This machine consists of body, right, left, up and down static and dynamic arm(all the parts casted by cast steel), electrode clamp, transverse driven upsetting device, hydraulic system, electric control system and welding transformer system.
1. Taking advantages of good idea from Hess Corp, USA, we equip hydraulic system to control clamp, melted, upset and adjustment of melting which keep the accuracy of different melting series. The clamp is made of high conductive hard chrome zirconium copper, wear resisting, and easy to clean.
2. Main transformer
The transformer is casted by two sides nonmagnetic aluminum head epoxy resin and made of imported high quality conductive magnetic steel sheet and electromagnetic wire. There are many advantages such as vacuum impregnation, temperature resistance, anti-seismic, high insulation ratio, small detectable leakage, energy conservation, high conductivity and high output power.
3. This machine is controlled by PLC which have both manual and automatic program to ensure the reliability of the device. In automatic state, if we meet emergency, the welding process should be terminated forcibly, then after handling properly, reset the program and going on welding.
4. The parameters can be modified by touched man machine interface, such as welding distance melting time, upsetting conduction time, clamp lifting time and length of welding, that is storable and callable.
5. The hydraulic system adopts high quality Rexroth accessories, and the position detection adopts imported proximity switch and clamp accuracy.
Features:
1, Working principle: Take the workpiece to move slowly by controlling system, to clear away by flash the Oxide layer and uneven place of welding surface, then heat the ends of workpiece, the last machine give the upset force very quickly to have the welding ends to fuse.
2, Use the micro-controller to achieve complete process control in clamping, flash, upset, holding, stop, very high precision.
3, Welding product's strength is higher, sealing is better, without loose-weld, without gas pore, fastness and beauty. Applications:Be widely used for metal products whose ends is not flat and with burr, Tube, bar, sheet metal, section steel which materials are carbon steel, steel alloy and nonferrous metals etc. Advantages: 1, Machine body of thick steel sheet, not easy to deformation.
2, Fast solenoid valve, making welding speed faster, thereby the productivity is higher, therefore decreasing cost.
3, Cylinder adopt high accurate, anti-friction hard material, which is duralumin, without rust, lower friction, lower noise and loading is faster, thereby reducing the weld spatter.
4, Quality is stable, failure rate is low, therefore machine life is longer.
