Features
Working principle: This Resistance
Butt Welding Machine drives the workpiece to move slowly via the control system, removing the oxide layer and uneven areas on the welding surface by flash, then heating the workpiece ends. Finally, the machine exerts a rapid upset force to fuse the welding ends together.
A micro-controller is adopted to realize full-process control of clamping, flash, upset, holding and stopping, ensuring extremely high working precision.
Welded products feature higher strength, better sealing performance, no incomplete fusion or porosity, with firm structure and attractive appearance.
Applications
Automatic Butt Welding Equipment is widely used for metal products with uneven ends and burrs, such as tubes, bars, sheet metal and section steel made of carbon steel, alloy steel, nonferrous metals and other materials.
Advantages
The machine body is constructed with thick steel plate, which is highly rigid and not easy to deform.
Fast-response solenoid valves speed up the welding process, effectively improving productivity and reducing production costs.
The cylinder uses high-precision anti-friction hard duralumin, which is rust-proof, low-friction and low-noise with faster loading, thus reducing welding spatter.
Stable welding quality and low failure rate help this
Automatic Butt Welding Machine achieve a longer service life.
