CNC Hole Punching Pipe Bending Integrated Machine

As a professional Multi-Axis CNC Punch-Bend Integrated Equipment, this equipment is specialized in spatial pipe bending, widely applied to pipeline processing of central air conditioning, aircraft and automobile industries, as well as tubular product forming of furniture tubing. It integrates bending and punching functions to meet diverse processing needs of different industries.
 
Known as both CNC 3D Bending and Hole Punching Combo Machine and CNC Hole Punching And 3D Bending Machine, it features flexible processing modes: bending and punching can be automatically completed in one operation to save processing time, or punching can be performed separately for customized needs. Adopting servo feeding system, it achieves small positioning errors and high working efficiency, ensuring consistent processing precision.
 
Equipped with 360° spatial rotation capability, it can handle complex spatial pipe bending tasks with ease. The punching process is smooth and burr-free, without copper scales, ensuring the surface quality of processed pipes. It is also equipped with full automation functions, including CNC programming, HMI operation and fault display, which simplifies operation, reduces manual intervention and improves production stability.
