Product Description

This product is an automatic or semi-automatic welding production line. As a mature configuration solution for Automatic Wire Mesh Welding Machine, it allows operators to place the vertical bar on the first welding point or directly feed from coil wires, and arrange line bars in blanking position during operation, realizing high-speed and high-efficiency automatic feeding, welding and blanking workflow.
 
With professional structure optimization, the equipment effectively fixes common technical pain points in mesh fabrication, including incomplete welding, weak solder joints, inconsistent welding spacing and limited mesh size specifications, perfectly catering to diversified production demands across the entire Wire Mesh Industry.
 
The vertical bar adopts exclusive guiding and positioning structure design, which accurately locates vertical bars and supports customized mesh welding with spacing above 50mm in multiples of 50mm. Equipped with roller and servo motor stepping drive, it enables precise mesh pitch control with freely adjustable parameters as required. The design enables continuous high-speed welding and greatly boosts annual output capacity.
 
This equipment is mainly composed of machine base, line bars blanking device, vertical bars drawing device, welding host, electrical control system, power distribution cabinet, cooling water system, gas source system, monitor&alarm system.
 
Machine base: Adopts premium H section steel integral connection structure, securing overall installation levelness, stable running precision and neat overall appearance. Thickened steel plate structure effectively prevents deformation for long-term service.
 
Line bars blanking device: It consists of material storage unit and automatic feeding unit. The storage unit reserves sufficient line bars to guarantee uninterrupted mesh production and stable material supply. The automatic feeding unit adopts full-automatic separating and feeding mode, delivering materials to welding electrodes rapidly, orderly and evenly with precise single-bar dropping. It completely cancels manual wire layout work, saves preparatory time and largely cuts labor cost.
 
Vertical bars drawing device: Featuring dedicated guide and positioning structure, it provides accurate limit and guidance for vertical bars, satisfying various mesh size requirements (space ≥ 50mm, 50 multiples). Adopting roller and servo motor for stepping drive, it precisely controls mesh spacing with adjustable parameters to match different welding tasks, supporting high-speed welding and higher annual production capacity.
 
Welding host: As the core execution unit of Multi-Head Wire Mesh Welder, it is fitted with dedicated resistance transformers and high-power forced cylinders, fully meeting the standards of high-speed welding, welding pressure, solder joint strength and actuating accuracy. It boasts strong environmental adaptability and stable operational reliability.
 
Electrical control system: Configured with Siemens PLC programmable controller and Japan imported auxiliary components. The customized electric control system comes with fault self-check and alarm function, and welding parameters can be clearly displayed on touch screen. Simple and intuitive operation lowers the professional threshold for operators.
 
Cooling water system: Independently arranged for transformer, upper electrode, lower electrode and other copper component cooling. Water flow is distributed and regulated via independent flowmeters, each can be adjusted separately to ensure stable machine operation and avoid component burnout.
 
Gas source system: Adopts original SMC Japan pneumatic components. Built-in air processor purifies compressed air, matched with muffler to reduce running noise. An additional compressed air tank is equipped to maintain stable air pressure for consistent welding performance.
