When conducting welding, place the vertical bar on the first welding point and place the line bar in the blanking configuration, thus to achieve high-speed, efficient automatic feeding, welding and blanking.
The unique guide and positioning design of the vertical bar of this product plays a guiding and positioning role for the vertical bar, meets various sizes (space ≥ 50mm, 50 multiples) of mesh welding needs, and uses rollers and servo motors as the stepping power to precisely control the mesh space, which is also a core advantage that distinguishes it from ordinary Multi-Head Wire Mesh Welder.
This equipment is mainly composed of machine base, line bars blanking device, vertical bars drawing device, welding host, electrical control system, power distribution cabinet, cooling water system, gas source system, monitor & alarm system. The welding host, as the core component, adopts the core working principle of Spot Welding Machine, ensuring stable and reliable welding quality.
1. Machine base: Use superior H section steel to connect.
2. Line bars blanking device: Line bar blanking device is divided into storage sector and automatic feeding sector.
3. Vertical bars drawing device: The unique guide and positioning design of the vertical bar drawing device of this product plays a guiding and positioning role for the vertical bar, meets various sizes (space ≥ 50mm, 50 multiples) of mesh welding needs, and uses rollers and servo motors as the stepping power to precisely control the mesh space.
4. Welding host: The welding host uses special resistance transformers and special forced cylinders.
5. Electrical control system: Uses Siemens PLC programmable controlling; other parts are all imported from Japan.
6. Cooling water system: Is divided into transformers cooling, up electrode cooling, lower electrode cooling and other copper block cooling.
7. Gas source system: Imported from SMC Japan; the equipment is installed with an air processor and a muffler, together with a compressed air tank.
