This product is a semi-automatic welding production line. Place the vertical bar on the first welding point and place the line bar in the blanking configuration when do the welding, thus to achieve high-speed, efficient automatic feeding, welding and blanking.
The unique guide and positioning design of the vertical bar of this product played a guide and positioning role of the vertical bar and meet a variety size (space ≥ 50mm, 50 multiples) of mesh welding needs and use roller and servo motor as the power of the stepping to precisely control the mesh space.
This equipment is mainly composed of machine base, line bars blanking device, vertical bars drawing device, welding host, electrical control system, power distribution cabinet, cooling water system, gas source system, monitor & alarm system.
1, Machine base: Use superior H section steel to connect.
2, Line bars blanking device: Line bar blanking device is divided into storage sector and automatic feeding sector.
3, Vertical bars drawing device: The unique guide and positioning design of the vertical bar drawing device of this product play a guide and positioning role of the vertical bar and meet a variety size (space ≥ 50mm, 50 multiples) of mesh welding needs and use roller and servo motor as the power of the stepping to precisely control the mesh space.
4, Welding host: The welding host uses special resistance transformers and special forced cylinders .
5, Electrical control system: Uses Siemens PLC programmable controlling, Other parts all is imported from Japan.
6, Cooling water system: Is divided into transformers cooling, up electrode cooling, lower electrode cooling and other copper block cooling.
7, Gas source system: Imported from SMC Japan, Equipment is installed air processor and with muffler with compressed air tank.
