This product is a semi-automatic welding production line, a key equipment tailored for the Wire Mesh Industry, which realizes high-speed and efficient automatic feeding, welding and blanking by placing the vertical bar on the first welding point and the line bar in the blanking configuration during welding.
Different from ordinary Multi-Head Wire Mesh Welder, this product is equipped with a unique guide and positioning design for the vertical bar, which plays a good guiding and positioning role for the vertical bar, meets various mesh welding needs of different sizes (space ≥ 50mm, 50 multiples), and uses rollers and servo motors as stepping power to precisely control the mesh space.
This equipment is mainly composed of machine base, line bars blanking device, vertical bars drawing device, welding host, electrical control system, power distribution cabinet, cooling water system, gas source system, monitor & alarm system. Its welding host adopts the core working principle of Spot Welding Machine, ensuring stable and efficient welding performance.
1. Machine base: Use superior H section steel to connect.
2. Line bars blanking device: Line bar blanking device is divided into storage sector and automatic feeding sector.
3. Vertical bars drawing device: The unique guide and positioning design of the vertical bar drawing device of this product plays a guide and positioning role of the vertical bar and meets a variety size (space ≥ 50mm, 50 multiples) of mesh welding needs and uses roller and servo motor as the power of the stepping to precisely control the mesh space.
4. Welding host: The welding host uses special resistance transformers and special forced cylinders.
5. Electrical control system: Uses Siemens PLC programmable controlling, Other parts all is imported from Japan.
6. Cooling water system: Is divided into transformers cooling, up electrode cooling, lower electrode cooling and other copper block cooling.
7. Gas source system: Imported from SMC Japan, Equipment is installed air processor and with muffler with compressed air tank.
