Product Description

As a versatile piece of equipment widely used in the Wire Mesh Industry, this machine can be set up as a semi-automatic or fully automatic welding production line. The wire can be provided in coils or straight bars (pre-cut wires), and we have both designs available to meet different production demands!
 
During welding, place the vertical bar at the first welding point and set the line bar in the blanking configuration; this achieves high-speed, efficient automatic feeding, welding and blanking—core advantages that define the high performance of the Multi-Head Wire Mesh Welder.
 
Due to its unique structural design, this product can resolve numerous issues encountered in the welding process, such as incomplete welding, unsteady solder points, uneven welding spacing, and lack of mesh size diversity, etc.
 
The product’s unique vertical bar guide and positioning design not only plays a guiding and positioning role for vertical bars but also meets various mesh welding requirements (spacing ≥ 50mm, in multiples of 50). It adopts rollers and servo motors as stepping power to precisely control mesh spacing (stepping spacing can be adjusted according to welding needs with adjustable parameters), enabling high-speed welding and increasing annual production capacity.
 
This equipment, a high-efficiency Automatic Wire Mesh Welding Machine, is mainly composed of a machine base, line bar blanking device, vertical bar drawing device, welding host, electrical control system, power distribution cabinet, cooling water system, gas source system, and monitor & alarm system.
 
Machine base: Connected with high-quality H-section steel to ensure the installation levelness of the machine, thereby guaranteeing machine precision and an elegant appearance. It is made of thick steel sheets that are not easily deformed.
 
Line bar blanking device: Consists of a storage sector and an automatic feeding sector. The storage sector stores line bars to ensure rapid mesh production and stable line feeding. The automatic feeding sector adopts a fully automatic separation and feeding method, distributing line bars quickly, orderly and evenly to the welding electrodes to achieve single-drop accuracy. This eliminates the need for manual wire placement, maximizes the time saved on wire placement, and lowers labor costs.
 
Vertical bar drawing device: Its unique vertical bar guide and positioning design guides and positions vertical bars, satisfying various mesh welding requirements (spacing ≥ 50mm, in multiples of 50). It uses rollers and servo motors as stepping power to precisely control mesh spacing (stepping spacing can be adjusted according to welding needs with adjustable parameters), realizing high-speed welding and improving annual production capacity.
 
Welding host: Equipped with special resistance transformers and special forced cylinders, it meets the requirements of high-speed welding, welding pressure, joint strength, and actuator accuracy, and has strong environmental adaptability and reliability.
 
Electrical control system: Adopts Siemens PLC programmable control, with all other components imported from Japan. It features a unique electrical operating system with a fault alarm function; the touch screen display allows for intuitive viewing of welding parameters, making operation simple and fast, thus reducing requirements for operators.
 
Cooling water system: Divided into transformer cooling, upper electrode cooling, lower electrode cooling, and other copper block cooling. It realizes water distribution through flowmeters, and each flowmeter can be adjusted independently to ensure the machine operates normally without damage.
 
Gas source system: Imported from SMC Japan, the equipment is equipped with an air processor to clean compressed air, a muffler to reduce noise, and a compressed air tank to stabilize air pressure.
