As a fully integrated Automatic Wire Mesh Welding Machine, the whole set mainly consists of machine base, line bars blanking device, vertical bars drawing device, welding host, electrical control system, power distribution cabinet, cooling water system, gas source system, monitor & alarm system.
Machine base: Adopts high-grade H section steel integral connection, guaranteeing installation levelness, overall operating precision and neat exterior. Thickened steel plate structure resists deformation permanently.
Line bars blanking device: It is divided into material storage section and automatic feeding section. The storage section reserves line bars to support rapid mesh production and stable wire supply. The automatic feeding section applies full-automatic separating and feeding mode, delivering materials to welding electrodes quickly, orderly and evenly to realize precise single-drop feeding. It eliminates manual wire placement, saves preparatory working time to the maximum and cuts labor cost greatly.
Vertical bars drawing device: With original guide and positioning design, it accurately locates vertical bars and satisfies diversified mesh size welding needs (space ≥ 50mm, 50 multiples). Equipped with roller and servo motor stepping power, it precisely controls mesh spacing with freely adjustable parameters to achieve high-speed welding and higher annual production capacity.
Welding host: Equipped with customized resistance transformers and heavy-duty forced cylinders, it meets strict requirements on welding speed, welding pressure, joint strength and executing precision, featuring strong environmental adaptability and stable long-term reliability.
Electrical control system: Configured with Siemens PLC programmable controller and Japan imported auxiliary components. The exclusive electric control system supports fault alarm; welding parameters can be clearly viewed via touch screen with simple and fast operation, lowering the technical threshold for operators.
Cooling water system: Independently designed for transformer cooling, upper electrode cooling, lower electrode cooling and other copper component cooling. Water distribution is controlled by independent flowmeters, each adjustable separately to ensure stable machine operation and avoid component damage.
Gas source system: Adopts original Japan SMC configuration. Built-in air processor purifies compressed air, matched with muffler for noise reduction and air storage tank for air pressure stabilization.
