Machine base: Adopts premium H section steel integral connection structure to guarantee installation levelness, machine operating precision and neat overall appearance. Thickened steel plate structure effectively avoids deformation.
Line bars blanking device: Divided into material storage unit and automatic feeding unit. The storage unit reserves line bars to support continuous mesh production and stable wire supply. The automatic feeding unit adopts fully automatic separating and feeding mode, delivering materials to welding electrodes rapidly, orderly and evenly to realize accurate single dropping. It removes manual wire placement work, saves preparation time substantially and cuts labor cost.
Vertical bars drawing device: Featuring exclusive vertical bar guiding and positioning design, it fits multiple mesh size standards with spacing ≥50mm and 50mm multiples. Equipped with roller and servo motor stepping power system, it controls mesh spacing accurately with freely adjustable stepping parameters, supporting high-speed welding and higher annual production capacity.
Welding host: Fitted with customized resistance transformers and high-power forced cylinders, it fully meets requirements on welding speed, welding pressure, joint strength and executing precision, featuring strong environmental adaptability and long-term operational reliability.
Electrical control system: Equipped with Siemens PLC programmable controller and Japan imported auxiliary components. Built with exclusive electric control logic and fault alarm function, the touch screen intuitively displays all welding parameters for simple and quick operation, lowering the technical threshold for operators.
Cooling water system: Independently configured for transformer, upper electrode, lower electrode and other copper component cooling. Water distribution is regulated via independent flowmeters, each adjustable separately to ensure stable machine operation and avoid component damage.
Gas source system: Core components imported from SMC Japan. The unit is equipped with air treatment device to purify compressed air, matched with muffler for noise reduction and air storage tank to maintain stable air pressure.
