New Automatic Wire Mesh Welding Machine

This product is a semi-automatic welding production line integrated with a Multi-Head Wire Mesh Welder, which enables high-efficiency mesh welding. When conducting welding operations, place the vertical bar on the first welding point and place the line bar in the blanking configuration, thus to achieve high-speed, efficient automatic feeding, welding and blanking.

 

In the Wire Mesh Industry, incomplete welding, unsolid solder points, uneven welding space and non-diverse mesh sizes are common pain points in the welding process, and the unique structural design of this product can effectively solve these problems.

 

The unique guide and positioning design of the vertical bar of this product plays a guiding and positioning role for the vertical bar, meets various mesh welding needs (space ≥ 50mm, multiples of 50), and uses rollers and servo motors as stepping power to precisely control the mesh space (stepping space can be adjusted according to welding needs with adjustable parameters). It can achieve high-speed welding and improve annual production capacity.

 

This equipment is mainly composed of machine base, line bars blanking device, vertical bars drawing device, welding host, electrical control system, power distribution cabinet, cooling water system, gas source system, and monitor&alarm system.

 

Machine base: Adopts high-quality H-section steel for connection, ensuring the installation levelness of the equipment, thereby guaranteeing machine precision and an elegant appearance. It is made of thick steel sheets, which are not easy to deform.

 

Line bars blanking device: It is divided into a storage sector and an automatic feeding sector. The storage sector is used to store line bars, ensuring rapid mesh production and stable line feeding. The automatic feeding sector adopts a fully automatic separation and feeding mode, which distributes materials quickly, orderly and evenly to the welding electrodes to achieve single-drop accuracy, thus eliminating the need for manual wire placement, maximizing the time saved from previous manual wire placement and reducing labor costs.

 

Vertical bars drawing device: The unique guide and positioning design of this device plays a guiding and positioning role for vertical bars, meets various mesh welding needs (space ≥ 50mm, multiples of 50), and uses rollers and servo motors as stepping power to precisely control the mesh space (stepping space can be adjusted according to welding needs with adjustable parameters). Welding host: As the core component of the production line, it is equipped with a high-performance Spot Welding Machine, which uses special resistance transformers and special forced cylinders to ensure the requirements of high-speed welding, welding pressure, joint strength and actuator accuracy. It has high environmental adaptability and reliability.

 

Electrical control system: Adopts Siemens PLC programmable control, and other components are all imported from Japan. It uses a unique electrical operating system with a fault alarm function, and welding parameters can be intuitively viewed through the touch screen display, making operation easy and fast, thus reducing requirements on operators.

 

Cooling water system: It is divided into transformer cooling, upper electrode cooling, lower electrode cooling and other copper block cooling. Water distribution is realized through flowmeters, and each flowmeter can be adjusted independently to ensure the normal operation of the machine without damage.

 

Gas source system: Imported from SMC Japan, the equipment is equipped with an air processor for cleaning compressed air, and a muffler to reduce noise. It is also equipped with a compressed air tank to stabilize air pressure.
