Feed: internal hitch finger pull type
Cut off: guillotine type cut off with plain grind insert blades.
Heating hole stage:only one type as the drawing show.
Standard production rate: 100-180 strokes per minute.
Every guide post has lubrication
This die consists of forming stage, long hole pierce station, reflare,heating hole stage,   edgetrim , slit, feeding and cut off station. We will use four ball cages, guide posts and bushings in the main die

WARRANTY:
We warrants to the purchaser is free of defective materials and workmanship for a period of 12 month it does not cover damages or failures due to improper use of our machines or beyond its rated capacity.
