Design concept

Ribbed square tubes and the welding of ribbed square tubes: As the products to be welded are hollow square pipe and have coating, four welding transformers are required. This Automatic Welding Machine is tailored to suit such special welding working conditions.

Welding speed requirements: No less than 40 pieces per hour. Combining professional technical experience and customer demands, our company puts forward a targeted solution adopting gantry welding principle with high-power and high-energy welding current. This Automatic Type equipment stably meets high-efficiency production standards.

Welding and material arrangement can be realized by specially designing double-feed welding molds.

The Industry Special Machine is mainly composed of gantry frame body, medium frequency inversion constant current welding power source, electrical operating system, special welding pressurized cylinder, upper and lower electrode assembly, double-mold rack, water cooling system, pneumatic system, monitoring device, safety mechanism and other components, with detailed specifications introduced as follows:

Machine body: The vertical reinforced structure is fabricated by high-quality thick steel plate welding, fitted with rationally arranged reinforcing ribs and completed stress relief treatment.

MF inversion DC welding power source mainly consists of transformer, controller, inverter, power driver, rectifier assembly, capacitor panel, IGBT and central control units. It converts original 50/60Hz input voltage into 1000Hz, and the rectifier diode in the transformer secondary loop converts electric power into constant current power supply. This design greatly elevates secondary circuit reactance coefficient, effectively solves the pre-optimization energy loss issue, and fully optimizes constant current welding loop to cut down overall production cost. It possesses prominent merits superior to traditional welding power sources:

A) Energy saving;

B) Higher power factor and lower manufacturing cost;

C) Strong anti-interference capability for large-opening secondary circuit with steady welding current. Welding performance stays unaffected even when inductive magnetic materials exist in secondary winding;

D) Balanced power load distribution. The medium frequency inversion constant current welding power source adopts three-phase power supply and energy storage design.
