I. Equipment Overview
This semi-automatic solution for stud welding on non-stick pans is built around a Laser Welding Machine, and it is mainly composed of a laser unit, an automatic stud feeder, a pan rotating and positioning structure, a crosshair alignment component, plus an optional laser paint removal mechanism.
Capable of handling non-stick pans in various specifications (diameter: 150-380mm, unrestricted height), this set-up delivers fully automated welding work. To adapt to different pan models, users only need to replace the product positioning fixture. As a practical Automatic Welding Machine, it eliminates traditional multi-station manual workflows. Just one worker is required for operation, which effectively cuts labor input, shortens production lead time, boosts working efficiency and lowers overall costs.
User-friendly operation stands out as another key merit of this equipment. When switching between pan types, operators simply change the matched pan mold and call up the pre-set program. After trial welding is completed, mass production can start right away, and the entire tooling replacement process takes around ten minutes.
Thanks to its flexible design, this Laser Equipment works well with irregular cookware like square frying pans. It can also connect seamlessly with on-site handling robots at the production line, bringing excellent expandability for future production upgrades.

III. Electrical Control System
The electrical control system uses PLC control and touch screen operation. Both the mechanisms and workstations are equipped with photoelectric and magnetic induction switches. It features both manual and automatic control modes, as well as a safety emergency stop protection function.
