It mainly consists of a feeding conveyor line (including non-stick pan positioning), a CCD visual recognition LOGO, a robotic arm material transfer mechanism, a laser paint removal mechanism (optional), a laser welding mechanism (including automatic stud feeding), a torque detection mechanism (optional), and an unloading conveyor line (including defective product output).
This set of Laser Equipment realizes automatic welding for non-stick pan studs of different specifications (diameter 160-320mm, height 35-150mm). When switching production lines, only relevant workstations require simple adjustment. The deployed Automatic Welding Machine has phased out the traditional multi-station manual workflow. Nowadays, merely two staff are responsible for loading and unloading, with one operator managing the whole production process. As a core processing unit here, the Laser Welding Machine helps drastically cut labor input, shorten production cycles, boost operational efficiency and lower overall production costs.

III. Electrical Control System
The electrical control system uses PLC control and touch screen operation. Both the mechanisms and workstations are equipped with photoelectric and magnetic induction switches. It features both manual and automatic control modes, as well as a safety emergency stop protection function.
