I. Equipment Overview
This semi-automatic laser welding equipment solution for non-stick pan studs mainly consists of a laser, an automatic stud feeding machine, a pan rotation positioning mechanism, a crosshair alignment device, and a laser paint removal mechanism (optional).
Designed for versatile production, this Laser Equipment is capable of automatically welding non-stick pan studs of different specifications (diameter 150-380mm, height unlimited). When changing pan types, only the product positioning fixture needs to be changed. The introduced Automatic Welding Machine replaces the previous multi-station manual operation, requiring only one operator to run the system, thus greatly reducing manpower, shortening the production cycle, improving efficiency, and saving costs.
Featuring simple operation as its core strength, the Laser Welding Machine allows operators to simply replace the matching pan mold and call up the preset program when switching product models. After a successful trial weld, batch welding can start immediately, and the entire tooling replacement process takes approximately ten minutes.
Thanks to its flexible structural design, this unit also fits some irregularly shaped pans, such as square frying pans. It can also be integrated with the customer's factory robot for loading and unloading, offering great scalability.

III. Electrical Control System
The electrical control system uses PLC control and touch screen operation. Both the mechanisms and workstations are equipped with photoelectric and magnetic induction switches. It features both manual and automatic control modes, as well as a safety emergency stop protection function.
