This complete production unit is composed of a feeding conveyor line (including non-stick pan positioning), a CCD visual logo recognition system, a robotic arm material transfer mechanism, an optional laser paint removal unit, a laser welding module with automatic stud feeding function, an optional torque detection unit, and an unloading conveyor line for defective product separation.
As a high-performance Laser Equipment, it supports automatic stud welding for non-stick pans in various sizes, with a diameter range of 160-320mm and height from 35mm to 150mm. Production line switching only requires simple adjustments on relevant stations. The adopted Automatic Welding Machine has phased out traditional multi-station manual work. Built around a professional Laser Welding Machine, the whole line now merely needs two workers for material handling and one dedicated operator for equipment control. It effectively cuts labor costs, shortens production lead time and elevates overall productivity.

III. Electrical Control System
The electrical control system uses PLC control and touch screen operation. Both the mechanisms and workstations are equipped with photoelectric and magnetic induction switches. It features both manual and automatic control modes, as well as a safety emergency stop protection function.
