The mechanical unit is the main body of the equipment, which includes the mainframe, upper and lower welding heads, drive components, workpiece alignment components, unloading rack, transformers and other parts, serving as the foundation for the stable operation of this Spot Welding Machine.
The pneumatic unit is the air supply system for the equipment's actions, consisting of pneumatic FRL, pressure regulator, pressure switch, solenoid valve, flow limit valve, muffler, actuating cylinder, gas tank and other components. Its main function is to drive the movement of each actuating cylinder in the equipment, ensuring smooth and accurate action during the welding process.
The water cooling system is the cooling guarantee for the welding and operation process, responsible for cooling the SCR, welding transformer and welding head to prevent overheating and extend the service life of components. It mainly includes water pressure switch, water pipes, water filter, water diverter, water flow display and other components.
The electrical unit is the electrical core of the equipment, including control cabinet, electrical parts, welding transformer and other components. It mainly realizes power supply, detection, control and welding of the equipment. As the command center of the equipment, the control unit is composed of PLC, touch screen, servo drive, welding controller and other main components, ensuring precise control of the entire welding process.
