This is a CNC 4 head Pipe Straightening and Cutting Machine, a high-efficiency integrated Pipe Straightening and Cutting Machine tailored for efficient coil pipe processing. It integrates automatic uncoiling, high-precision straightening and fixed-length cutting, realizing one-stop forming of coiled pipes to meet standardized blanking demands.

As a compact CNC Tube Straightening-Cutting Combo Equipment, it adopts a stable four-head straightening structure to effectively eliminate pipe bending and deformation, ensuring uniform pipe straightness and high dimensional accuracy. Adopting advanced tube chipless cutting technology, it cuts pipes smoothly without burrs and chips, avoiding material damage and subsequent polishing procedures.

Driven by high-performance servo system, this Servo-Driven Tube Straightening & Flying Cut Machine runs stably with fast response and precise fixed-length control, perfectly adapting to continuous batch production.
