Use & range:

It is automatic double guns girth welder special for compress cylinder with left&right end-cover,design to be workpiece rotation,welding guns fixed, and two guns to weld meanwhile, also only one gun to weld.
Design a special fixture to fix the workpiece, it can be suitable for different workpiece through adjusting the fixture and the center of support holder
Available tank diameter:φ300-500mm. length:400-1000mm,thickness:2-4mm

Machines structure is as the above picture.
Body guide rail is with rotation handpiece, roller bracket(support holder) and pneumatic tailstock,roller holder and pneumatic can move as per need. Welding guns movable carriage are installed in guide rail,also can move it by manual.Welding guns elevator device, rotation device and 3D adjustment device are installed on the welding guns movable carriage,to achieve the big range adjustment and micro-adjustment of welding guns.
Features:

Rotation handpiece is used Gear motor, so rotation stability. The speed is display by digit and stepless adjustable. Rotation angle can be pre-set, to suit different allowance of welding joint.
Special fixture, convenient and fast, to adjust it, machine can suit different workpiece.
Floating roller bracket, can adjust the center by manual.
The elevator device of guns is used pneumatic drive, to guide by linear rail, to ensure the accuracy.

3D adjustment device of guns is used for micro-adjustment and location.
