# Features
1. Equipped with 3-phase variable frequency motor, the welding speed is uniform, adjustable and highly stable during operation.
2. The welding circuit loop adopts internal water cooling, and the welding wheel electrodes are cooled by external water circulation.
3. The conductive rotating parts adopt embedded silver bushing structure; the conductive base is sealed oil-lubricated and water-cooled, so the silver bushings rotate flexibly without locking.
4. Suitable for diverse welding scenarios, this Automated Seam Welding System provides horizontal (H) and longitudinal (L) dual models.
# Main Unique Advantages
1. The specially designed embedded silver bushing structure for conductive rotating parts, with sealed oil lubrication and water cooling, ensures long-term smooth rotation and avoids jamming.
2. The rotating shaft inside the conductive base adopts nanometer ceramic spraying, which is more wear-resistant than ordinary nylon materials and greatly extends the service life of the whole machine.
3. The cylinder guide bar is square instead of round, which effectively avoids welding wheel deflection and ensures more stable and reliable welding quality.
