This series can be divided by power source into AC and inverter DC types; by welding wheel direction into horizontal and longitudinal types; and by quality grade into high-end and basic models, all belonging to our professional Seam Welding Machine product line.
# Features
1. It is equipped with a 3-phase variable frequency motor, which ensures stable welding speed, easy adjustment and reliable operation.
2. The welding circuit loop is cooled by internal water cooling, while the welding wheels (electrodes) adopt external water cooling.
3. The conductive rotating parts adopt an embedded silver bushing structure. The conductive base is sealed oil-lubricated and water-cooled to keep the silver bushings rotating flexibly without locking.
4. This Automated Seam Welding System offers two options: horizontal (H) and longitudinal (L) to satisfy different welding applications.
# Main Unique Advantages
1. The conductive rotating parts are designed with embedded silver bushings, and the conductive base is lubricated with sealed oil and cooled by water, ensuring smooth rotation and preventing jamming.
2. The rotating shaft inside the conductive base is treated with nanometer ceramic spraying, which is more wear-resistant than ordinary nylon materials, thus extending the service life of the machine.
3. The cylinder guide bar is square instead of round, which prevents the welding wheel from skewing and guarantees better welding quality.
