# Features
1. Equipped with a 3-phase variable frequency motor, ensuring stable welding speed, convenient adjustment and reliable operation.
2. The welding circuit loop is cooled by internal water circulation, while the welding wheels (electrodes) adopt external water cooling.
3. The conductive rotating parts adopt an embedded silver bushing structure; the conductive base is sealed oil-lubricated and water-cooled to keep the silver bushings rotating flexibly without locking.
4. This Automated Seam Welding System is available in both horizontal and longitudinal versions, marked as H for horizontal and L for longitudinal.
# Main Advantages Over Similar Models
1. The conductive rotating components feature embedded silver bushings, with the conductive base lubricated by sealed oil and cooled by water, ensuring smooth rotation and avoiding seizure.
2. The rotation shaft inside the conductive base is treated with nanometer ceramic spraying, unlike ordinary nylon materials, providing stronger wear resistance and longer service life.
3. The cylinder guide bar is square instead of round, effectively preventing the welding wheel from skewing and resulting in better welding quality.
