# Features
1. It adopts a 3-phase variable frequency motor, which ensures stable and uniform welding speed, convenient adjustment and reliable running performance.
2. The welding circuit loop is cooled by internal water circulation, while the welding wheels (electrodes) adopt external water cooling.
3. The conductive rotating parts on the welder adopt an embedded silver bushing structure. The conductive base is sealed oil-lubricated and water-cooled, allowing the silver bushings to rotate flexibly without locking.
4. This Automated Seam Welding System supports both horizontal and longitudinal operation modes, marked as H for horizontal and L for longitudinal.
# Main Advantages Over Other Models
1. The conductive rotating components are designed with embedded silver bushings. The conductive base is sealed oil-lubricated and water-cooled to maintain smooth rotation and prevent seizure.
2. The rotating shaft inside the conductive base is treated with nanometer ceramic spraying, instead of conventional nylon material, providing higher wear resistance and longer service life.
3. The cylinder guide bar adopts a square structure rather than a round one, which effectively prevents the welding wheel from skewing and ensures better welding quality.
