# Features
1. A 3-phase variable frequency motor is adopted, featuring stable welding speed, convenient adjustment and reliable operation.
2. The welding circuit loop is cooled by internal water cooling, while the welding wheels serving as electrodes adopt external water cooling.
3. The conductive rotating parts are designed with embedded silver bushings. The conductive base is lubricated with sealed oil and cooled by water, ensuring flexible rotation of the silver bushings without locking.
4. This Automated Seam Welding System is available in two structural forms: horizontal type (H) and longitudinal type (L).
# Main Advantages Over Other Products
1. The conductive rotating parts adopt embedded silver bushing structure, with sealed oil lubrication and water cooling on the conductive base, effectively avoiding locking and ensuring stable rotation.
2. The rotation shaft inside the conductive base is processed with nanometer ceramic spraying, which is more wear-resistant than common nylon materials, greatly prolonging the service life of the machine.
3. The cylinder guide bar adopts a square shape instead of the traditional round shape, which prevents the welding wheel from skewing and ensures more stable welding quality.
# Machine Composition
1. Machine body: Adopts vertical reinforced structure and is welded with high-quality thick steel plates.
2. Transformer: Made of silicon steel sheets with 15000 gauss permeability, equipped with internal cooling water and full copper alloy core. It features low impedance, high power utilization, 50% duty cycle for long-time welding, high output power, long service life, low noise and compact structure.
3. Solenoid: Imported from Taiwan, with high speed and excellent quality.
4. Cylinder: Made of high-precision anti-friction hard duralumin, rust-proof, low friction, low noise and fast pressure boosting, thus reducing welding spatter.
5. Welding wheels: Made of CuCrZr material with strong wear resistance, and water-cooled to extend service life.
