# Classification
This series of products is divided by power source into AC and inverter DC types; by welding wheel direction into horizontal and longitudinal types; and by quality grade into high‑end and standard types, covering the full range of our Seam Welding Machine lineup.
# Features
1. The machine is equipped with a 3‑phase variable‑frequency motor, which ensures stable welding speed, easy operation adjustment, and consistent running performance.
2. Internal water cooling is applied to the welding circuit loop, while the welding wheels (electrodes) adopt external water cooling for effective temperature control.
3. The conductive rotating parts adopt an embedded silver bushing structure. The conductive base is sealed oil‑lubricated and water‑cooled, so the silver bushings rotate flexibly without locking.
4. This Automated Seam Welding System can be configured in both horizontal (H) and longitudinal (L) versions to meet different welding requirements.
# Main Competitive Advantages
1. The unique embedded silver bushing structure for conductive rotating parts, combined with sealed oil lubrication and water cooling, ensures long‑term smooth rotation and avoids seizure.
2. The rotating shaft inside the conductive base is treated with nanometer ceramic spraying, which offers much higher wear resistance than ordinary nylon materials, greatly extending the service life of the machine.
3. The cylinder guide bar is square instead of round, effectively preventing the welding wheel from skewing and ensuring more stable and higher welding quality.
# Machine Components
1. Machine body: Adopts vertical reinforced structure, welded with high‑quality thick steel plates for high rigidity.
2. Transformer: Made of 15000 gauss high‑permeability silicon steel sheets with internal water cooling and full copper alloy core. It features low impedance, high power utilization, 50% duty cycle for long‑time welding, large output power, long service life, low noise, and compact structure.
3. Solenoid: Imported from Taiwan, with high speed and reliable quality.
4. Cylinder: Made of high‑precision wear‑resistant hard duralumin, rust‑proof, low friction, low noise, and fast pressure buildup, thus reducing welding spatter.
5. Welding wheels: Made of CuCrZr material with excellent wear resistance, and water‑cooled to extend service life.
6. Switches
7. Air source processor
8. Conductive base with silver bushing structure
9. Controller: Sunke, a top Chinese brand
10. Motor: Mitsubishi from Japan
11. Cooling water system
