# Features
1. It adopts a 3-phase variable frequency motor, which features stable welding speed, convenient adjustment and reliable operation.
2. The welding circuit loop is cooled by internal water cooling, and the welding wheels (electrodes) adopt external water cooling.
3. The conductive rotating parts of the welder adopt embedded silver bushings. The conductive base is lubricated by sealed oil and cooled by water, so that the silver bushings rotate flexibly without locking.
4. Two types of welding modes are available for this Automated Seam Welding System, namely horizontal type (H) and longitudinal type (L).
# Main Superiority Over Other Products
1. The conductive rotating parts adopt embedded silver bushing structure, and the conductive base is equipped with sealed oil lubrication and water cooling, which ensures flexible rotation and avoids locking.
2. The rotation axis inside the conductive base is treated with nanometer ceramic spraying, which is more wear-resistant than ordinary nylon materials, thus prolonging the service life of the machine.
3. The cylinder guidance bar adopts a square shape instead of a round one, which makes the welding wheel less prone to skewing and ensures better welding quality.
# Machine Composition

Transformer: stacked by silicon sheets with 15000 gauss permeability, equipped with internal cooling water and full copper alloy core, which reduces impedance, improves power utilization, supports 50% duty cycle to meet long-time welding needs with large output power, and features longer service life, lower noise and more compact structure.
3. Solenoid: imported from Taiwan, with high speed and reliable quality.
4. Cylinder: made of high-precision anti-friction hard duralumin, rust-proof, low friction, low noise and fast pressure-adding, thus reducing welding spatter.
