Automatic straight Seam Welding Machine: An automated and precise tool for straight seam welding

As a high-performance part of the Automated Seam Welding System, this seam welder adopts a 3-phase variable frequency motor, ensuring average and stable welding speed that is easy to adjust, which lays a solid foundation for efficient and precise welding operations. It perfectly fits the operational needs of Continuous Seam Welding Equipment, delivering consistent performance in mass production scenarios.

To ensure long-term stable operation, the welding circuit loop adopts internal water cooling, while the welding wheel (electrode) uses external water cooling, effectively dissipating heat generated during welding and avoiding equipment damage caused by overheating— a key advantage that enhances the reliability of this roller seam welding machine.

The conductive rotating parts are designed with an embedded silver bushing structure. The conductive base is lubricated with hermetic oil and cooled by water, ensuring the silver bushings rotate flexibly without jamming, further improving welding efficiency and equipment durability. Additionally, it offers two types of Seam Welders: horizontal (H) and longitudinal (L), adaptable to diverse welding requirements.
