Applications: The Spot Welding Machine is widely used in the welding of low carbon steel, sheet steel plated, brass, aluminium and aluminium alloy, as well as multi-layers sheet steel.
Machine body: Adopting a vertical reinforcing structure, the body is welded with high-quality thick steel plates. Stress is eliminated, resulting in a very reasonable structure without deformation.
Control system: Equipped with an MF control system, the Automatic Welding Machine achieves more precise and faster current control. It analyzes parameters more accurately and reaches the set current more quickly than low-frequency controllers. MF inverter transformers: The control current is DC, thereby avoiding the loose weld phenomenon caused by current shunt when the width is too wide. Moreover, the MF inverter transformer has the advantages of energy saving and reducing the impact on the power grid.
3 layers pressurization cylinders: Equipped with 3 layers of pressurization cylinders, the machine provides sufficient pressure. The cylinders are made of high-precision, anti-friction hard material (duralumin), featuring no rust, low friction, low noise and fast pressure application, thus reducing weld spatter.
Electrode: Made of CuCrZr materials, the electrode has excellent anti-friction performance. With water cooling, it enjoys a longer service life.
Compressed air system: The equipment is installed with an air processor for cleaning compressed air, as well as a muffler to reduce noise. It is also equipped with a compressed air tank to stabilize air pressure.
Cooling water system: The system includes transformer cooling, upper electrode cooling, lower electrode cooling and other copper block cooling. Water distribution is realized through flowmeters, and each flowmeter can be adjusted individually to ensure the machine works normally without damage.
