It is fitted with water cooling transformer assembled by 15000 gauss permeability silicon steel sheets. Adopting full copper alloy inner water-cooled core, it cuts down impedance and boosts power utilization. With 20% duty cycle, it meets demands for long-duration welding and high power output. This core configuration extends service life, reduces running noise and achieves a more compact and rational layout, becoming a core performance advantage of standard Spot Welding Machine.
Matched with high-speed solenoid valve, it accelerates overall welding pace, lifts production efficiency and effectively cuts down production costs.
The cylinder is made of high-precision anti-friction hard duralumin material, featuring rust resistance, low friction coefficient and quiet rapid feeding movement, which efficiently reduces welding spatter.
