Product Description

This product is a semi-automatic welding production line integrated with the core functions of a Multi-Head Wire Mesh Welder. During welding operations, place the vertical bar at the first welding point and position the line bar in the blanking configuration—this setup enables high-speed, efficient automatic feeding, welding, and blanking, streamlining the entire production process.

As a practical solution tailored for the Wire Mesh Industry, this product addresses numerous common welding challenges through its unique structural design, including incomplete welding, unsolid solder points, uneven welding spacing, and limited mesh size diversity. These improvements directly enhance the quality and consistency of the final mesh products.

The product’s unique vertical bar guide and positioning design not only stabilizes and aligns vertical bars but also accommodates diverse mesh welding requirements (spacing ≥ 50mm, in multiples of 50). By utilizing rollers and a servo motor as stepping power, it precisely controls mesh spacing—with adjustable stepping parameters to match specific welding needs—enabling high-speed welding and boosting annual production capacity significantly.

This equipment comprises key components: machine base, line bar blanking device, vertical bar drawing device, welding host, electrical control system, power distribution cabinet, cooling water system, gas source system, and monitor & alarm system, each designed to ensure stable and efficient operation.

Machine base: Constructed with high-quality H-section steel connections to guarantee machine installation levelness, which in turn maintains precision and presents an elegant appearance. Its thick steel sheet structure ensures resistance to deformation, ensuring long-term operational stability.

Line bar blanking device: Split into a storage sector and an automatic feeding sector. The storage sector stores line bars to support continuous, rapid mesh production and stable feeding. The automatic feeding sector adopts full-automatic separation and feeding, distributing line bars to welding electrodes quickly, orderly, and evenly with single-drop accuracy—eliminating manual wire placement, saving time, and reducing labor costs.

Vertical bar drawing device: Featuring the same specialized guide and positioning design as the vertical bar system, it aligns vertical bars and meets diverse mesh spacing needs (≥ 50mm, multiples of 50). With rollers and a servo motor for stepping power, it precisely controls mesh spacing (adjustable per welding requirements), facilitating high-speed welding and improving annual output.

Welding host: Serving as the core component equivalent to a high-performance Spot Welding Machine, it adopts special resistance transformers and forced cylinders to meet the demands of high-speed welding, stable welding pressure, strong joint strength, and precise actuator performance. It boasts high environmental adaptability and reliable operation even in harsh working conditions.

Electrical control system: Equipped with Siemens PLC programmable control, with all other components imported from Japan. Its unique electrical operating system includes a fault alarm function, and the touch screen display allows intuitive viewing and adjustment of welding parameters—simplifying operation and reducing operator skill requirements.

Cooling water system: Covers transformer cooling, upper and lower electrode cooling, and cooling for other copper components. It uses flowmeters for water distribution, with each flowmeter adjustable independently to ensure the machine operates normally without overheating or damage.

Gas source system: Imported from SMC Japan, the equipment includes an air processor to purify compressed air, a muffler to reduce operational noise, and a compressed air tank to maintain stable air pressure—ensuring consistent performance of pneumatic components.
