The full copper alloy core with internal water cooling structure reduces impedance and improves power utilization. With 20% duty cycle, it supports prolonged welding and high power output. This design also extends service life, cuts running noise and creates a more compact and rational overall structure.
High-speed solenoid valve accelerates the whole welding process, boosts production efficiency and cuts operational costs.
The cylinder is made of high-precision anti-friction hard duralumin material. It is rust-proof with low friction and low noise, and achieves faster loading movement to reduce welding spatter.
