Easy Operating Integrated Suspension Spot Welding Gun

The integrated suspension Robot Welding Gun for Robotic Welding System and Spot Welding Robot integrates the transformer and welding arm on a rotating disk with a steel-ball structure, ensuring smooth 360° rotation without jamming. It is equipped with an arbitrary-angle locking mechanism to satisfy special welding positions, and can resume normal rotation after unlocking. As a mature configuration derivative of this core design, the Automatic Welding Gun inherits the reliable rotating and positioning structure for automated batch production, while the matched Robot Welding Torch perfectly coordinates with the equipment’s adjustable pressure and current parameters to accomplish diversified forming workpieces.
