The inner ring and outer ring of the turntable adopt a steel ball structure, which is flexible in rotation and has no seizure. The welding tongs are rotated through the disc realizes 360° rotation, and the rotating disc is equipped with a locking mechanism that can be locked at any angle, which can effectively meet some specific welding postures. After the specific posture welding is completed, the lock can be released for normal rotation after the welding is completed. Designed to be compatible with automated production layouts, this core structure can be matched with Automatic Welding Gun for continuous streamline welding deployment.
