Applications:
As a versatile Spot Welding Machine, it is widely used in the welding of low carbon steel, plated sheet steel, brass, aluminium, aluminium alloy and multi-layer sheet steel. Machine body: It adopts a vertical reinforcing structure, fabricated by welding high-quality thick steel plates. Stress is eliminated, resulting in a very reasonable structure without deformation.
Control system: Equipped with an MF control system, the Automatic Welding Machine realizes more precise and faster current control, analyzes parameters more accurately, and reaches the set current more quickly than low-frequency controllers. MF inverter transformers: The control current is DC, thereby avoiding the loose weld phenomenon caused by current shunt due to excessive width. Moreover, the MF inverter transformer has the advantages of energy saving and reducing the strike to the power grid.
3 layers pressurization cylinders: The 3-layer pressurization cylinders provide sufficient pressure. Made of high-precision, wear-resistant hard material (duralumin), the cylinders are rust-free, with low friction, low noise and fast pressure application, thereby reducing weld spatter.
Electrode: Made of CuCrZr materials, it is highly wear-resistant. With water cooling, it has a longer service life.
Compressed air system: The equipment is equipped with an air processor for cleaning compressed air and a muffler for reducing noise. It is also equipped with a compressed air tank to stabilize air pressure.
Cooling water system: It includes transformer cooling, upper electrode cooling, lower electrode cooling and other copper block cooling. Water distribution is realized through flowmeters, and each flowmeter can be adjusted individually to ensure the machine works normally without damage.
