Description
This Automatic Stud Welder for Cookware applies to aluminum pans ranging from 100mm to 500mm. Equipped with Germany-imported Soyer BMK-12W arc stud welding unit, this Stud Welding Machine supports welding of single and double lugs with convenient part replacement, and switches freely between manual and automatic welding modes. The working flow covers manual feeding, laser cross positioning and logo marking. It can cooperate with laser devices to remove surface paint and stains, followed by vibrating disk feeding, automatic arc welding, manual torque inspection and manual discharging. Special slotted arc welding studs are adopted, and 99.999% pure argon serves as protective gas throughout welding.
The Automatic Stud Welding Machine consists of two major structural sections. The left vibrating disk conveys materials to the welding torch, with adjustable lifting height adapting to pans of different sizes. The right fixture and control assembly realizes left-right swing to modify welding angles and compensate angle deviation.
