This high-performance Stud Welding Machine is specially designed for various metal products such as lock hardware, sheet metal cabinets, kitchenware, household hardware and construction tools. It is mainly composed of four parts: machine body, fixture, pneumatic control and welding power source. Compared with a traditional Portable Stud Welding Machine, it adopts the British TRIO robotic control system, Taiwan Hiwin linear guide rails and Taiwan Airtec pneumatic components. The equipment is powerful, easy to operate, with stable and smooth running and high precision. This unit adopts a left-right double-station automatic circulating system for loading and unloading separately without interference, greatly improving productivity. It is controlled by a handheld touch screen and push-buttons, supporting multi-language switching (Chinese, English, Japanese, etc.), making operation simple and intuitive.
