Paired with a dedicated control system and imported high-precision servo motors, it delivers stable, precise positioning via bilingual Chinese-English operation. Supporting hundreds of stored programs, it enables quick parameter correction for outer diameter and angle in real time. As a high-performance Precision 3D Profile Bending Machine, it features wire break auto-stop, spool auto-acceleration, and tangle protection for smoother production. This versatile 2D And 3D Wire Bending Machine excels at automotive seat springs, sun visor frames, door lock levers, craft wire, bathroom brackets, storage cages, and shopping cart components.

Equipped with 7 sets of vertical & horizontal straightening wheels to ensure wire feeding straightness.
3 sets of wire feeding wheels with accuracy of 280mm±0.1mm.
Lifting worktable ideal for bending long wires.
Built-in wire arranging mechanism prevents wire tangling.
