Product Description

This Automatic Type equipment is professionally developed for the production of refrigerator heat exchange components, serving as a reliable automatic heat exchanger machine widely applied in the manufacturing of refrigerator heat exchangers including condensers and evaporators. As a dedicated Condenser & Evaporator Forming Machine, it delivers fully automated and streamlined operation throughout the workflow.
Equipped with precision servo motors and vacuum suction cups, the unit completes fin picking and insertion fully automatically. It then adopts hydraulic punching technology to tightly combine aluminum tubes with fins. This elaborate structural matching optimizes the overall assembly quality, effectively boosting the heat exchange performance and working efficiency of finished products. Featuring stable operation and high automation level, the machine greatly improves production capacity while ensuring consistent product quality for mass manufacturing.
