Working Principle
This bending machine is a high-precision forming equipment tailored for refrigerator evaporators, drawing on advanced European counterparts for design and further optimized for higher rationality, matching the mainstream process of imported equipment. The Fully Automatic Hairpin Bender consists of a coil loader, straightening device, primary feeder, cutting device, secondary feeder, bending and rotary worktable, frame and control system. All actions are driven by a hydraulic system and servo motors, controlled via PLC for stable and precise operation. Compared with similar ordinary models, it overcomes structural defects: the bending wheel set is reinforced with connecting plates to ensure consistent bending radius and angle for multi-tube synchronous forming, avoiding unevenness caused by poor rigidity. The cutting station is rationally arranged behind the feeding mechanism with secondary servo feeding, minimizing material scrap and saving labor and time.
Operating Flow: Put coiled tubes into the loader, thread the tube ends to the primary feeder, and press the start button. The primary feeder conveys tubes to the secondary feeder via the cutting device, then resets; the secondary feeder sends tubes to the bending station for forming. Tubes are cut to the set length automatically, and the whole process runs cyclically with high efficiency.
