1. Working Principle 1.1 Our
Coil Pipe Bending Machine mainly consists of Coil loader, Straightening device, first time of feeding device, cutting device, second time of feeding device, bending device & rotation worktable, machine frame, controlling system etc. All the actions are driven by hydraulic system and servo motors, and operated under PLC control. This equipment is developed with reference to similar imported European models, featuring identical operating sequences and technological processes. Meanwhile, we have also optimized its overall structure for higher rationality. When compared with the bending machines of the Heima brand from another manufacturer, their equipment has illogical action flows and production procedures that require further improvement. The main drawbacks fall into two aspects as follows:
Firstly, the structural design of the bending wheels is unreasonable. For oblique fin evaporators, the tube row pitch is quite narrow, and the machine needs to bend 8 tubes at one time. Accordingly, the bending wheels are designed to be thin and elongated, which results in insufficient rigidity. Without connecting plates to reinforce both the top and bottom ends of the wheels, the eight tubes will end up with inconsistent bending profiles, forming radii and angles, making stable bending quality impossible to guarantee.
Second, the layout of the cutting station is improperly arranged. This is a key optimization point for our
CNC Multi-Axis Tube Bending Equipment. The cutting station shall be placed after the feeding section, with a secondary feeding mechanism equipped. This layout enables maximum forward feeding stroke in both primary and secondary feeding processes, effectively avoiding tube scratching. It also brings advantages in time saving, labor reduction and material cost control.
1.2 The operating process of this
Automatic Decoiling & Bending Equipment is specified as follows:
Place coil tubes onto the coil loader and guide the tube ends to the first feeding device. Press the start button, then the first feeder conveys the tubes through the cutting device to the second feeder. At this point, the first feeder stops and retracts, while the second feeder takes over to deliver the tubes to the bending wheels for forming. The tubes will be cut automatically once reaching the preset length, and the production cycle runs continuously until completion. Press the start button again, and the machine will repeat the whole working process.
