Automatic Tube Serpentine Pipe Bending Machine

A. Scope of application

a> Diameter of tube, if the dia is φ4-φ8mm, the thickness is 0.5-1mm, if dia is more than φ8-12mm, the thickness is 0.71-1mm (other size can be achieved by change the different rollers.)

b> material: Aluminum, copper, bundy tube (the wheels and rollers for copper, aluminum tubes is nylon material, they are steel for bundy tubes)

B. Functions, parameters and requirement

1. Functions

a> Bending and feeding tube all are used the servo controlling system, all the parameters are clear and adjustable, which enables the Coil Bending Machine to finish various kind tubes bending for condenser and evaporator.

b> It is equipped with manual, Automatic Type, pause, automatic stop functions, featuring easy adjustment and data storage.

c> Feeding is driven by servo motor with ball-screw stepping, ensuring high precision, speed and durability.

d> The worktable is a rotating one, which only requires one worker to operate.

2. Main parameters

a> To bend φ4-10, 15mm≤R≤40mm, 8 pcs at one stroke, fully meeting the processing needs of Equipment For Heat Exchanger.

b> Working beat: feeding speed 0-25m/min;

feeding length 0-1000mm each time, If it is not enough, machine can feed by twice, and we can customize as per the needs;

rotation speed 30 degree /second

3. Design requirement

a> HMI is touch screen, can program and store (most 100 U, 128pcs programs)

b> Simens PLC and servo motors, SMC cylinders.

c> Color of machine is bule.
